Mr. Bebello is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Luxembourg in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on systematic credit. Prior to joining Ares in 2026, Mr. Bebello was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of BlueCove, a systematic fixed income asset management firm. Previously, Mr. Bebello held several roles at BlueBay Asset Management from 2005 to 2015, where he focused on transaction-related legal matters, corporate restructurings and structured products. In addition, Mr. Bebello was an Associate in the Global CDO Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Bebello holds an M.A. from Oxford University in Economics and Management, and a GDL and LPC from the University of Law. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.
